Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it and regain access to your account.

Resetting Your Password

Go to the login page
Click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your account
Click Submit
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link in the email (valid for 24 hours)
Enter and confirm your new password
Click Reset Password

Didn't receive the email?

Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and try again
Contact your administrator if problems persist

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet these requirements:

At least 8 characters long
Contains at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Contains at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
Contains at least one number (0-9)
Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)

Tips for a Strong Password

Use a passphrase (e.g., "correct-horse-battery-staple")
Don't use personal information like birthdays or names
Don't reuse passwords from other sites
Consider using a password manager

Troubleshooting

Reset link expired: Password reset links are valid for 24 hours. Request a new link if yours has expired.
Link doesn't work: Make sure you're clicking the link (not copying it), or try copying the entire URL into your browser.
Account locked: After too many failed attempts, accounts may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
